Here is the next chapter of my BtVS/Baldur’s Gate 2 crossover ‘Tabula Avatar’, which is getting close to the end; I estimate there will be only 2 further chapters after this one. Previous chapters can be found HERE. Rating R; this chapter is 8,550 words.

I haven’t mentioned this before but the ‘Tabula Avatar’ series won 2 awards in Round 31 (April-July 2015) of the Sunnydale Memorial Fanfiction Awards. I don’t know who nominated me but, if it was anyone on LiveJournal, thank you.

Chapter 11 is 6,900 words, rating 15.

Here, at last, is Part 10 of my ‘Tabula Avatar’ crossover universe story The King of Elfland’s Daughter, sequel to Debt of Blood. An NCIS/Stargate SG-1/Forgotten Realms crossover.

Summary: Gibbs and the NCIS Major Case Response Team investigate the brutal murder of a Marine and the trail leads them first to a Congolese immigrant named Cierre LuaLua, working for a secret Air Force project, and then to a deadly, seemingly invulnerable, assassin who might be a literal devil. Chapter 10 is 6,075 words, rating 15.

Sorry for the extremely long delay in posting this; I went through a long period of feeling rather flat and not being able to write more than a hundred or so words a day, exacerbated by my dotting back and forward between this story, ‘Tabula Avatar’, and ‘The Dark Companion’. However a couple of weeks ago I got back into gear and made rapid progress. In fact I wrote so much that the chapter went way over the length of the previous chapters, and even over the LiveJournal maximum posting length, and so I’ve split it into two. I’ll post the next chapter, which will be the Conclusion, after the weekend.

Here is Part 9 of my ‘Tabula Avatar’ crossover universe story The King of Elfland’s Daughter, sequel to Debt of Blood.

Chapter 9 is 8,550 words, rating 15.

Sorry for the extremely long delay in posting this; I had intended to wrap everything up in an Epilogue but, when I started to write it, I found that it was going to be very much longer than any other chapter. I spent months fiddling with it, trying to cut it down in size, but every time I chopped it I found that I’d been forced to leave out something important, or funny, or interesting. Then – just last week – it occurred to me that TV series often have a double-length Season Finale. I decided to follow that model, scrapped my attempts to shorten it, and immediately found that I was making good progress. So here, at last, is the first half of the Epilogue and the second half should follow very soon.

Here's the final chapter of my one-off ‘Stargate: SG1’ non-crossover fic ‘Andromeda Unchained’. Previous chapters are HERE

Episode rewrite of 3.01 ‘Into the Fire’ (with a later episode featuring in the final chapter). Summary: Why would Hathor devote so much effort into making SG-1 think they were in the future, right down to building a replica of the SGC, when she could just stick a symbiote into Jack? What if there was a logical reason for her actions? And what if there was a logical reason behind her habit of always speaking in the plural? Chapter title is taken from a track on the album ‘Andromeda Unchained’ by Anubis Gate. 6,450 words. Rating R.

Last month I wrote a one-off ‘Stargate: SG1’ non-crossover fic in three chapters. I completed it, posted the first two chapters at ‘Twisting the Hellmouth’ and at the Pit of Voles, and was on the point of posting the final chapter when I decided that it didn’t work. I held that chapter back for a rewrite and decided not to post it here until that rewrite was done. It’s finished now and I’ll post the whole thing here over the next 3 days.

‘Andromeda Unchained’ is an episode rewrite of 3.01 ‘Into the Fire’ (with a later episode featuring in the final chapter). Summary: Why would Hathor devote so much effort into making SG-1 think they were in the future, right down to building a replica of the SGC, when she could just stick a symbiote into Jack? Chapter titles are taken from the song ‘Andromeda Unchained’ by Anubis Gate and from the track that follows it on the album of the same name. Chapter One is 7,180 words. Rating R.

Here is Chapter 2 of my BtVS/Forgotten Realms crossover Into The Fire (sequel to Les Morts Dansant).

Summary: Liriel Baenre follows Laelryne's example and flees from Faerûn, but she doesn't go to Middle Earth. Instead she comes to Earth, to a place called ‘Sunnydale’, arriving in Season 7 during ‘Bring on the Night’. How will the presence of a Drow wizard and her Elf friends affect things on the Hellmouth – and how will someone who has all too many dead friends in her past cope with the mind games of the First Evil? 7,200 words, rating 15.

This story is in the ‘Tabula Avatar’ universe and is a sequel to Debt of Blood; it may not make sense if you haven’t read that story. It’s an NCIS/Stargate SG-1/Forgotten Realms crossover. In NCIS continuity this takes place during Season 5 between the episodes ‘Corporal Punishment’ and ‘Tribes’. I had moved Stargate SG-1 continuity by a couple of years, as I stated in ‘Debt of Blood’, and then I’ve moved it another six months because otherwise Jack’s second promotion would have been impossible. This story, therefore, takes place early in Season 9 of SG-1. WIP. Written in answer to reader requests for more about Cierre’s time on Earth.

Summary: The NCIS Major Case Response Team investigate the brutal murder of a Marine and the trail leads them to a Congolese immigrant named Cierre LuaLua. She’s exotic, mysterious, and very dangerous – and she has exceedingly unusual ears. Chapter 1 is 4,200 words, rating 15.

This is a sequel to LES MORTS DANSANT. It’s a Buffy the Vampire Slayer/Forgotten Realms crossover. Don’t shout at me for starting a new story when I’ve so many others on the go; I need another BtVS crossover at Twisting The Hellmouth so that I can start posting ‘The Dark Companion’ there while still staying within the ‘at least 50% BtVS Crossovers’ rule. One day I’ll work out a way of posting TDC on LiveJournal despite its colossal chapter lengths…
