Concerning Hobbits

Can anyone point me at some Lord of the Rings fanfic set post Scouring of the Shire in which Hobbits are shown up as the smug, ignorant, racists that they are? I've read everything by Larner and by Dreamflower but is there anyone else?

And has anyone written any fic yet for 'Lord of the Rings: War in the North'? I have managed to resist the temptation to write it myself, so far, but surely someone else must have done.
