Fics which retell canon with only slight alterations don't usually do it for me,
I killed off Xander, Willow, Amy, and Drusilla; erased Bangel; abolished Anya; made Season 4 not happen at all; and made Dalton into one of the "Scoobies". What would you consider a major alteration from canon? ;-)
