This is quite possibly the stupidest drabble that I've ever written. I wrote it so that I could post it at "Twisting the Hellmouth" and up my quota of crossover fics so that I can post more non-crossovers, but I think it's a bit too bloody stupid for that. So I'm just going to put it here. If you want to read something sensible read my last post, In Bloom.

This is a BtVS/Doctor Who crossover. PG, 100 words. Standard pun warnings apply.

Remember The Master from Season One of Buffy? You all thought that Buffy had got rid of him for good, what with impaling him on the furniture and then grinding up his bones with a sledgehammer. Well, nope.

CW and daughter were watching the BBC North-East news and they shrieked, paused the picture, and summoned me over. The Master is working as a tourist guide in Whitley Bay under the name of Steve Reed. Immune to sunshine (what little of it there is in Whitley Bay in March, anyway) so perhaps he had some sort of evil Shansu. Or was brought back as a human by that ritual with the sacrificial vampires the way W&H did with Darla.

Either way, he's there. Be afraid. But probably not very afraid.
